To ensure a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all our clients, please adhere to the following house rules:

General Conduct

1. Respect the Space: Treat all studio property, equipment, and furniture with care. Any damage will result in additional charges.

2. Noise Levels: Keep noise to a minimum and be considerate of other clients and neighbouring businesses.

3. No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the studio premises.

4. Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and tidy workspace. Dispose of all trash in the provided bins and leave the space as you found it.

5. Food and Drinks: Food and drinks are allowed in designated areas only. Be mindful to avoid spills and clean up after yourself.

6. Permitted Activites: The studio is to be used for creative purposes such as video shoots, photo shoots, and similar activities. Unauthorized activities are not allowed.

7. Guests: Inform us in advance if you plan to bring additional people. The maximum occupancy is 12 people.

Equipment and Props

1. Studio Equipment: Use studio equipment and props with care. Report any malfunction or damage immediately.

2. External Equipment: You are welcome to bring your own equipment. However, the studio is not liable for any damage or loss.

Courtesy and Respect

1. Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor towards all staff and other clients.

2. Respect Privacy: Please do not enter areas that are marked as private or restricted.
